"My husband recently was involved in an accident which totaled his other bike..so we thought now would be a good time to start seriously looking for that Harley he's always wanted. Since my big brother has been around Harley's forever, I asked him to recommend a place where we would get a good deal and be treated respectfully. He told me to go see Tim or Deb at Coziahr's in Decatur. I am so glad I took his advice (for once)!! What an awesome expericence...Everyone there was so helpful and polite. When we first entered the showroom...there was the bike that my husband had always talked about..an Ultra Classic in Pearl Blue. We looked at the bike for a few minutes and then Rich came over, introduced himself and asked if we had any questions...He spent 2 hours with us just chatting and answersing any questions we had..what a great guy! We ended up buying that particular bike and with a few modifications...IT IS AWESOME!!! I LOVE IT!!! Thank you to all the staff for everything you did to make this such a pleasurable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coziahr's to anyone who is looking to purchase a Harley. You won't be disappointed making the trip to Forsyth.

"Last week I visited your dealership for the second time and purchased a 2009 RoadKing. I have purchased many Harley's from a few different dealerships but have never had a better experience than I did at Coziahr. On my first visit to the dealership I had spoken to Travis about trading but decided to wait for the 2009's. After this initial visit I had a few followup questions that were answered promptly despite the staff knowing I was not ready to trade. This followup and professionalism displayed by Travis and the other staff members is what brought me back to purchase my RoadKing. Many sales people at other local dealerships I have visited deliver the hard sell attitude and then write a person off or don't followup to inquiries if they don't buy now. That is not the case at Coziahr and that is what brought me back. The customer service attitude shown by all dealership personnel is well worth the trip. When I am ready to trade again I know I will not need to visit any other dealers."

"In July, I went searching for my first Harley-Davidson. I of course went to Coziahr! I met with Travis, who is an exceptional sales person. As a first time rider, who did not even have my license yet, I was still treated with respect. I was approved for financing and the finance manager even called me when a bike came in and offered it to me before putting it on the floor!
After my purchase I waited until I had completed my motorcycle safety course. Once done, I obtained my license and away I went. I have been on it every day and my wife LOVES riding with me. We attended the 105th anniversary celebration and EVERY time we go into Coziahr, we are treated like family!!
From now on, Coziahr will be our stop for our bike purchases regardless of where we live or move!!

"I have been married 27 years and I tried to think of an amazing wedding anniversary present for my husband. My husband had made several sacrifices over the years for the family. Going on the road to work and leaving his babies behind so they wouldnt be raised in day care. Sleeping in his car after work to send all money back home for bills. When our first son died he let me hold our first son on his only good day, my husband didnt hold his son until he had passed away. On that day I swore I would do something to return that huge sacrifice. Over the years it was tuff and then our 2 sons and husband went into Coziahr to drool once again. I had just seen wild hogs and it inspired me to go on line and apply for a loan. Being a woman its hard to get financed without a mans signature. Over night I got approved and I got an email the next morning to come pickup my 2008 FAT BOB Harley. I couldn't freaking believe it!! It was THAT EASY!! Then we had to surprise my husband and that experience was priceless!! It took several minutes to sink in!! The buying experience was amazing!! They made us feel like family--- it was so awesome I talked my son into buying a used 2004 V Rod-- he bought a harley 2 weeks later!! He too was afraid of being turned down and I said you will never know if you never try!! I could of tried years ago!! and if you are denied its thru the internet and no one knows--- We are now happy Harley owners and COZIAHR's still treat us like family!! Even after the sale!! They still call and check on us. Who does this now a days? I HUGELY recommend buying a HARLEY thru COZIAHR we could of gone to any other but we chose them---Try it- you never know if you have tomorrow-- Live to Ride Ride to Live!! The Burns Family---"

Lynn got busy and ordered another replacement bag. The girls in the Parts Dept. called me when the saddlebag arrived and I came to your dealership to get the bag installed. "I just purchased an '06 Street Glide. I have owned many Harley's over the years but this is my first purchase from Coziahr's. To be honest, I miss the old dealerships like Hopkins Bros. in Vandalia & Jack's in Effingham (Legacy is not the same). I visited all the dealerships in the area but was sold by the salesman, Josh Beck's genuine sense of care to detail and the no pressure sales tactic. At all the other places I visited, I got the impression they would like to sell me a bike but didn't really seem interested if I wasn't going to do it that day or at least make a commitment. It was different with Josh, I told him up front, as I had the others, that I was not buying that day and it depended on the sale of my then current bike. He took the time to go through all the details knowing that it may not lead to anything. I got the sense that he just enjoyed talking about bikes as I do myself. When it did come time to buy, I had already made my mind up. I made a phone call, he had the bike I was looking for and the rest is history so to speak. The parts & service department personnel were excellent also. Communication was great from all involved. I always knew the status of what was happening. Great job to everyone involved!!! I hope this Harley proves to be as good a bike as all my others have been. Thanks!!!! "

Rodney, Lynn and Rachel were not only friendly but very knowledgable about my bike (Buell Blast). From the shop tour to the last paper work both Tony and I were treated better than most people treat family. "I just wanted to let you know that Rodney and the mechanics in the service department were EXCEPTIONAL in taking care of my '98 1200 sporty. The care taken went well above and beyond what I am used to receiving from a motorcycle dealership. Your dealership is only one of two (Chucks-Bloomington) that I would trust with my bike. I am so very happy with the way my bike now runs. It actually runs like a new bike. It's got the horsepower to run with the big dogs, very responsive, no hesitation. It's hard to express how happy I am. I live in Peoria. I saved all winter to buy this bike and the S&S carb needed some serious adjustments. They replaced a gasline and air hose and put the bike on the dyno. At the last minute they even fixed one of my taillights that I did'nt do well with when I tried to put them back to stock. I wanted you folks to know how valuable these people are to your dealship and you oughta let them know how important they are.
